When both -dynamic-list and -export-dynamic are specified on the command line,
-dynamic-list wins.
In the same test with gold, -export-dynamic wins.
Gold behavior is more consistent, especially considering that multiple
-dynamic-list flags are additive (i.e. they export the union of the symbol
sets). Export-dynamic is effectively a -dynamic-list with "*;" and it should
override any other -dynamic-list flag.
This matter for sanitizers, where clang frontend may add a -dynamic-list flag
for the symbols in the sanitizer static runtime library. Currently, this flag
disables a user-specified -rdynamic.
