<pre>JSONImporter currently does not check consistency and plausibility of the data
imports. If invalid data is imported, Polly will crash later in some
unpredictable way.
It would be better if JSONImporter checks the data it imports before applying
it, and print diagnostic messages about what is incorrect.</pre>
