<pre>When compiling Libcxx 3.9 and 4.0 with newlib, you get the following error:
/home/user/bfsysroot/build/libcxx/src/libcxx/include/__bsd_locale_fallbacks.h:121:17:
error: use of undeclared identifier 'vasprintf'
int __res = vasprintf(__s, __format, __va);
This was not an issue with 3.8, and requires turning on GNU extensions to get
this to compile. This was compiled with clang --target=x86_64-elf</pre>
