<pre>Clang driver passes through Os to the Gold plugin as '-plugin-opt=Os'. This is
currently rejected by the plugin. Should we strip the optimization flag (and
default to O2) or transform Os to something else?
In the long term, is it reasonable to support Os and Oz and use it to set
PassManagerBuilder.sizeLevel? From my limited exploration, I didn't see any
pass added in PassManagerBuilder::populateLTOPassManager() that needs to be
disabled for Os. Are there are passes that can be added?</pre>
