<pre>-Wold-style-cast is effectively a stylistic warning right now (warning on a
particular, older syntax). It would be useful to have a special case of that
warning group that only warns on "unsafe" casts performed via an old-style
cast: specifically, one that cannot also be performed by a static_cast.</pre>
