<pre>Verifier::visitFunction calls visitMDNode for all debug attachments (which will
include the subprogram if any), and then later specifically calls
visitDISubprogram. This duplication of work is mostly harmless, but it's
inefficient and means that any verifier errors here will be emitted twice.</pre>
