<pre>When I use libc++ 4.0.0-rc1 the Boost.TypeIndex library throw exception with
every use:

$ clang++ -stdlib=libc++ -I $BOOST_ROOT type_index.cpp -o type_index
$ ./type_index

Unfortunately I couldn't check if it is already fixed in RC2.
