The configuration in question is seen in exception.cpp:24 and new.cpp:20. In
these places it configures for a `cxxabi.h` which (1) doesn't define
`_LIBCPPABI_VERSION` and (2) defines a special namespace `__cxxabiapple`.
As mentioned I believe this configuration is dead. libc++abi's cxxabi.h has
been defining `_LIBCPPABI_VERSION` since 2012, and I can't find any evidence of
the `__cxxabiapple` namespace.
@Duncan do you know where this weird `cxxabi.h` header is coming from? Or if
Apple still uses it?
