When using AlignConsecutiveAssignments=true, clang-format will occasionally
align unrelated assignments from different functions. This appears to happen
with only a very specific #ifdef sequences. In the example attached,
clang-format tries to align the nextOpcode = opcode assignment with the
inX64Try assignment, even though they are not in the same function.</pre>
