Code that reproduces the bug.
The standard requires std::inplace_merge to be stable. If I am correct, it's
not in the version of the library that I'm using. In the attached example:
Expected output:
[{1,0}, {2,0}, {2,1}, {3,0}, {4,0}, ]
Real output:
[{1,0}, {2,1}, {2,0}, {3,0}, {4,0}, ]</pre>
