Given
target triple = "x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu"
module asm ".global patatino"
module asm ".equ patatino, foo"
declare void @patatino()
define void @foo() {
call void @patatino()
ret void
}
llvm-nm reports
U patatino
---------------- T foo
---------------- T patatino
U foo
It should really just report two symbol
* patatino, which is an asm symbol and has no GV
* foo, with has an associated GV
For the most part this is just funny output, but it does create some
complications with LTO seeing an undefined symbol reported as prevailing.
