Sometime before Sep 2nd, the LLVM SVN repo got out of sync and the buildbots
stopped building new revisions, reporting success when they were actually
building the same revision over and over.

In order to bring the situation back to normal, we need to identify all
problems that happened since sometime before Sep 2nd and today, in order to
solve all pending issues. Then we can reapply the reverted patches and work the
test errors one by one.

I'll also be adding all the patches that we do revert, to make sure we re-apply
all of them later.
