<pre>ELF/reproduce-windows.s fails for me on Windows, and I just noticed it also
fails on Linux:
$ "cpio" "-t"
# command stderr:
'cpio': command not found
error: command failed with exit status: 127
Probably the lit.cfg file should test if cpio is available and only run the
test if so.</pre>
