When the process state is SBProcess::eStateStopped, both SBThread::IsSuspended
and SBThread::IsStopped return false [ thread.m_state is eStateUnloading and
thread.m_resume_state is eStateRunning ]
Is this the intended behavior ?
I used the attached code to reproduce the problem.
The debuggee can be a C/C++ "hello world" app.</pre>
