<pre>bugpoint uses the old PM and needs to be ported to the new PM.
One big issue with this is that the new PM currently has no way to introspect
and edit its pass pipelines.
For example, given `module(foo,cgscc(bar,baz,function(qux,quux)))` there is
currently no way to programmatically walk the pass structure and edit it.</pre>
