Confirmed successful 3-stage bootstraps with stage2/stage3 file comparisons for
llvm/clang/clang-tools-extras/libcxx/compiler-rt/openmp/polly using the stock
static, LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB and BUILD_SHARED_LIBS builds at r270726 with no
test suite regressions.</pre>
