<div>
<pre>I follow the latest set of instructions to download, configure and build
llvm/clang 3.9.0 (trunk 267376) on an up-to-date windows10 system with Visual
Studio 2013.
I find that the perl scripts for scan-build and ccc-analyzer are not installed.
The .bat files, which act as a trampoline through perl into the actual perl
code is installed.
I have been able to manually install a plausible scan-build perl script in
place, compensate for installation path names, but then find I have to do the
same thing for ccc-analyzer, at which point it starts getting tedious.</pre>
