<pre>I tried to switch a bot in the Chromium build from link.exe and lib.exe to
lld-link and `lld-link /lib`.
The build failed:

no input files.
It looks like the app_mode_app_support target really has no input files on
Windows, but lib.exe silently accepts this -- hence, lld-link /lib should too.</pre>
