<pre>At the moment Clang chooses the latest version of the Windows SDK that is
installed on a particular machine and it is impossible to select a specific
version of the Windows SDK. There is software that can only be compiled against
specific versions of the Windows SDK or must be tested against specific
versions when multiple versions are installed. So while selecting the most
recent version is the intended behaviour for most use cases, it would be
helpful to be able to select a specific version.</pre>
