<pre>It appears that the destructor for outs(), which llvm-config uses to print
output, is never called so the output is never flushed. This only seems to
happen when using -DLLVM_LINK_TOOLS_DYLIB
This makes it impossible to redirect output from llvm-config to a file:
llvm-config --version > llvm-version.txt
Results in an empty file.
