<pre>When using -DLLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB:BOOL=ON, the cmake build of clang and
clang-tools-extra in current trunk neglects to link the clang* executables
against the enlarged libclang.dylib. Instead the clang* executables are
reverted to static linkages on the linclang*.a support libraries.</pre>
