<pre>There is a setting PointerAlignment which currently applies to both pointers
and C++ references. In my code, I prefer to align them differently so they
stand out more:
extern int foo(int *x);
extern int foo(int& x);
I wish there was a way to configure clang-format to format code like this.</pre>
