Proposed patch
The ``RandomNumberGenerator`` class defined in
``llvm/Support/RandomNumberGenerator.h`` is not compatible with standard
distributions defined in ``<random>``. It misses the ``result_type`` typedef
and the static ``min()`` and ``max()`` functions, which makes it unusable in
practice.
A possible fix is given in attachment.</pre>
