<pre>LIBCXX_GCC_TOOLCHAIN is not used during CMake configuration builds. As result
Clang uses libraries provided by operation system, which may be very old (older
then GCC 4.7).
Workaround is to specify -gcc-toolchain in CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS.</pre>
