<p>
<div>
<pre>With the release of gcc 5.1, libstdc++ has started using the abi_tag attribute.
The attribute is documented here:
<a href="https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/C_002b_002b-Attributes.html">https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/C_002b_002b-Attributes.html</a>
Its use in libstdc++ and effects on ABI compatibility between gcc and clang are
pointed out here:
<a href="https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2015-04/msg00153.html">https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2015-04/msg00153.html</a>
It would be great if clang could support the abi_tag attribute and remain abi
compatible with gcc.</pre>
