        <pre>We shouldn't accept the no-operand version of this. On different platforms, foo
might have a mangled name like _foo, _Z3foov, or _foo@4. The assembly would
need to use this name, and clang cannot know this name until it does codegen.
LLVM also has the right to rename functions like foo, since it is static.

So, ultimately I don't think this is feasible.</pre>
