opt -instcombine -loop-extract -S DbgIntrinsics.ll
dbg.declare is close to its first use, but the alloca is always in the function
entry block. Singe alloca is not a use of one dbg.declare, Code extractor
generates wrong code.
Similar things happen to dbg.value especially after instcombiner does
LowerDbgDeclare().</pre>
