The attached testcase is the output of "clang -gline-tables-only" on
void f(void) {}
When running
$ ld -plugin ./build/lib64/LLVMgold.so -shared 3.5.bc -o t.so
with a trunk plugin we get a crash:
/home/espindola/llvm/llvm/lib/CodeGen/AsmPrinter/DwarfDebug.cpp:1329: void
llvm::DwarfDebug::recordSourceLine(unsigned int, unsigned int, const
llvm::MDNode *, unsigned int): Assertion `Scope.isScope()' failed.
The issue is that UpgradeDebugInfo is called from MaterializeModule, which the
plugin tries very hard to avoid.</pre>
