<pre>We caught this in a tools regression suite. It appears that any expression
involving at least more than 40 bits of precision triggers this. The attachment
includes a test program that triggers this behavior (using SIZE_MAX, but at
least 0xfffffffffff1ULL is sufficient) and some traces over time (full/
contains truncated stack crawling, and minidump/ contains minidump/ snapshots
over time).</pre>
