When compiling the attached source file, Clang crashes with the error message:
Assertion failed: Depth <= MaxDepth && "Limit Search Depth", file
..\lib\Analysis\ValueTracking.cpp, line 747
The attached code is not a pathological case, but does actually compute
something useful (that is, the logarithm to base ten). Clang does not crash
when the __builtin_assume is removed.</pre>
