about 300 times when building Chromium with clang on Windows. This regressed in
r223757.

I'll have a reduced version on Friday. Until then, here's an unreduced version
(change the clang-cl.exe thing in the .sh file to your local clang binary; as
long as you build with assertions it'll repro on linux and mac too with that
.sh file)</pre>
