I tried adding 'tuple' to the list in isLibstdcxxEagerExceptionSpecHack
but that didn't do the trick.  We need to fix our header anyway (as I look
at other headers, I see that mostly they do the kind of thing you suggest).
We don't release compilers and libraries independently so it won't be a
real problem.
