        <pre>When testing libc++ with MSAN tests involving wide strings start to fail
without MSAN producing any output. The assertions in these tests do not fail
when MSAN is disabled.

libc++ is compiled with the sanitizer flags:
-fno-omit-frame-pointer -fsanitize=memory
