$ clang++ --coverage hello.cpp -c
# hello.gcno in current directory
$ clang++ --coverage hello.cpp -c -no-integrated-as
# hello-XXXXXX.gcno in /tmp
This is because -no-integrated-as causes the assembly gets generated in /tmp,
which is then used to generate the names for the gcno files. Should be fixable
in the driver.
