<pre>This has been fixed for a while; all examples on this bug work fine with Clang
trunk (and should also work with Clang 3.5).
The explanation in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=19571#c3">comment#3</a> is incorrect. The bug was as described in the
summary, and was limited to the use of constexpr (or integral const) variable
template specializations in constant expressions in templates. I think
<a href="show_bug.cgi?id=19571#c3">comment#3</a> is referring to a different bug which has been fixed for much longer.</pre>
