duplicate of another bug, the link in the bugmail is broken.
For example, I just received bugmail for <a class="bz_bug_link

href="show_bug.cgi?id=20328">bug 20328</a> being closed as a duplicate

href="show_bug.cgi?id=18941">bug 18941</a>. In the mail, the link to <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"

href="show_bug.cgi?id=20328">bug 20328</a> was correct, but the link to
