<pre>lib/builtins/int_endianness.h doesn't compile on platforms other than those it
particularly handles.
On most platforms I tested, sys/param.h provides BYTE_ORDER == LITTLE_ENDIAN or
BIG_ENDIAN. That should be used as a fallback instead of just failing blindly.</pre>
