Some libraries are not always installed in a directory called lib, so using
set(CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH "\$ORIGIN/../lib")
fails in that case.
In particular, the binutils plugins are installed in a directory called
bfd-plugins.
What the configure build does is to use $ORIGIN/../lib for executables but
$ORIGIN for libraries</pre>
