a hack that fixes the issue by setting CMAKE_MODULE_LINKER_FLAGS directly

Some libraries are not always installed in a directory called lib, so using

 set(CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH "\$ORIGIN/../lib")

fails in that case.

In particular, the binutils plugins are installed in a directory called
bfd-plugins.

What the configure build does is to use $ORIGIN/../lib for executables but
$ORIGIN for libraries</pre>
