This is incorrect for RHEL5 which defaults to and needs '-add-needed'.
As the flag ist correct for RHEL6, I propose changing this to:
if (IsRedhat(Distro) && Distro == RHEL6))
ExtraOpts.push_back("--no-add-needed");</pre>
