<pre>It would be useful if there were some directory in which .so files could be
dropped, which would all be loaded automatically by Clang and libclang on
startup, eliminating the need to pass -plugin arguments to cc1.
The use case for this is to allow plugins to be used by libclang: we have a
libclang-based assistance backend for a text editor (gedit), and a Clang plugin
which adds extra source code checks, but can’t currently use the plugin from
the text editor as there is apparently no way to load plugins from libclang.</pre>
