<pre>MCJIT currently defaults to the triple used to configure LLVM. See
LLVM_HOST_TRIPLE.
For the cpu type, MCJIT simply defaults to cpu="generic", which is not
necessarily valid for all targets.
We should provide an API to simple, portable JITs that don't want to know about
LLVM triples and CPU types. For these in-process, or at least same-system JITs,
we should be able to set a reasonable triple and cpu for the target based on
the host.</pre>
