<pre>I can check the __STRICT_ANSI__ define to know whether gnu extensions are
enabled or not (and therefore whether I can use typeof for example).
There appears to be no define I can check to determine whether -fms-extensions
is in use. If it existed, I would know whether I can use 'sealed' for example.</pre>
