<pre>LLVM now generates a non-relocatable constant value of high_pc which is a
constant offset relative to low_pc.
This is a DWARF4 feature, correctly disabled with -gdwarf-3 or lower.
But this seems to disagree with MacOS dtrace which probably hasn't been taught
to handle it.
For now, until a fixed dtrace is made available (perhaps someone can file that
dtrace radar?) I assume this optimization will need to be disabled on MacOS.</pre>
