<pre>Thanks, a fresh build did indeed have this cmake variable on by default (and
clang-check built accordingly). I must have mangled something first time
around.
My experience of checking out e.g. RELEASE_34 tag was that it put everything in
subdirectories like "final," that you have to then rearrange to get a tree that
can actually build clang. Presumably my CMake cache got confused by an
incomplete version of that process, while I worked out what needed doing.</pre>
