llvm/support/MathExtras.h use the following pattern:

#if _MSC_VER

instead of (for example)

#if (defined(_MSC_VER) && _MSC_VER)

resulting in MathExtras.h not compiling with strict "preprocessor variables are
defined" checking.

Changing:

#if _MSC_VER

to:

#if (defined(_MSC_VER) && _MSC_VER)

fixes the problem.</pre>
