<pre>In the following test case, there should be a fix-it to put the attribute
argument in quotes:
int PR17105 __attribute__((visibility(hidden)));
Ideally this would apply to all attributes that accept an argument in quotes.
The reverse transformation could also be nice: removing quotes from a string
where an identifier is expected.
