<pre>Sorry if this is not the right component to file this under, but I don't know
how are the Windows installers for LLVM created and "makefiles" looked like the
least bad guess.
Anyhow, the issue I'd like to report is that the installer downloaded from
<a href="http://llvm.org/builds/">http://llvm.org/builds/</a> asks for administrative privileges for its
installation. Does it really need them and, if so, why? Personally I strongly
prefer to install programs, and especially alpha/beta versions like in this
case, under an unprivileged account and it would be great if clang binaries
could be installed without requiring any special permissions.</pre>
