<pre>MCJIT and RuntimeDyld are intended to allow code to be dynamically linked and
loaded for targets other than the current host. However, because external
symbol resolution relies on getPointerToNamedFunction, which returns 'void *',
it isn't possible to load 64-bit code from a 32-bit host process.</pre>
