(or similarly, with foo<int&>) template type diffing highlights the whole of
"int*" and "int" as being different - it'd be useful if it drew attention to
the "*" being the important difference. With longer/larger types it can be
difficult to notice that it's just a matter of passing a pointer versus passing
a value.</pre>
