libcxx changes for emscripten
The attached patch represents the changes that we've made in emscripten to
libcxx for the emscripten "platform".
Is there interest in having this in the upstream libcxx (any portions of it)?
The patch is against the emscripten directory structure. If this patch is
wanted upstream, I can create one against the current libcxx and submit it
instead.</pre>
